Bodywork helps to reconnect the individual to their own natural rhythm and cycles of well being. This philosophy empowers the patient to take establish a new relationship with themselves.

Amber – is the color of sunset, fireflies, prayer candles, and of one’s radiance. a precious stone in Ireland and many parts of the world. That continually captures my imagination.

Wave – refers to the pulsing of the universe. The tides. The seasons. Our breath. The pulsing in our organs. A rush of new energy. The cranial rhythm in our brains which can actually change as we meditate or receive bodywork.
