I’m a new client / new to massage therapy. What should I expect on my first visit?

Please arrive around 10 minutes early to ensure you find the location and off-street entrance. After check-in, you and your massage therapist will begin your session with a conversation about how you and your body are feeling. This is an opportunity to:

  • Discuss any medical conditions relevant to your treatment
  • Specify the amount of pressure you prefer
  • Identify specific areas you want targeted
  • Address any questions/concerns you have about your treatment session
